Devastated Portsmouth woman appeals for help after white BMW is stolen
Ami Hanshaw, 33, had her white BMW 1 series stolen from Winter Road on Wednesday night, after thieves broke into the keyless vehicle.
Now, after hearing rumours over social media of a similar car being driven around with the number plates removed, Ami is pleading for help finding the car before it disappears for good.

'˜No fobs had been taken or anything but because the car has keyless entry, the police believe the key's signal may have been replicated somehow.
'˜But they say that to do this, the person who stole the car would probably have been following me or scoping out the car '“Â to think that someone could have been watching my every move really creeps me out.'
Since sharing the news on social media, Ami says she has been contacted by other people around Portsmouth to inform her of a vehicle matching her description, being driven with no number plates.

'˜By the sounds of it the car could still be in the area '“Â and the support I've had from people so far has been fantastic.
'˜It's just heartbreaking though '“Â I saved for so long and worked so hard for my car, and to have it stolen like this is just devastating.
'˜There are sentimental things in the car that I may never get back, and I think that is what upsets me the most.'
