Drink-driver, 34, fined and banned for 22 months

A MAN was fined £120 and banned for 22 months after being caught drink-driving.

Razvan Calotescu, 34, of Guildford Road, Fratton, admitted the offence.

Portsmouth magistrates heard he had 75 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than double the 35mcg legal limit.

Calotescu must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.

He was caught in St Mary’s Road, Fratton, on May 4.
