A DRINK-DRIVER who was more than twice the limit has been banned from the roads for 18 months.

Rosemary Baracelli had 88 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath when she was stopped in Hulbert Road, Waterlooville. The legal limit is 35mg. Baracelli, 32, of Honeysuckle Court, Waterlooville, pleaded guilty to drink-driving when she appeared at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court. She was fined £350 with £100 in costs.
