Drink-driver up in court
A DRINK-DRIVER has been banned for 15 months.
John Davis, 64, of Segensworth Road, Titchfield, must pay a £120 fine.
He was caught in Segensworth Road on December 23 last year. A test revealed he had 57 mg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath, more than the 35mg limit.
He admitted the charge before Portsmouth magistrates and must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.
