A MAN found guilty of drink-driving has been banned from getting behind the wheel.

Andrew Guppy had denied driving a Toyota Hilux in Rothesay Road, Gosport, while over the legal alcohol limit on May 20.

But the 34-year-old, from Manchester Road, Fratton, was found guilty of drink-driving by Fareham magistrates after a test revealed his blood contained 93 milligrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres. The legal limit is 80mg.

He was fined £625, banned from driving for a year, ordered to pay £620 costs and £15 into a fund for crime victims.
