A test revealed the 49-year-old’s blood contained 110 milligrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres.
The legal limit is 80mg.
Macritchie, of Marks Road, Fareham, was fined £110 by Fareham magistrates.
She was also told to pay £15 to a fund for crime victims and £85 in court costs.
