A MOTORIST has been banned after being convicted of drink-driving.

Curtis Pelly, 28, of Maplehurst Road, Chichester, was caught in June last year at twice the drink-drive limit.

Police officers saw him driving at night with no lights on and pulled him over.

He was banned from driving for 16 months, fined £400 and ordered to pay £300 costs and a £40 victim surcharge.

Pelly is the 113th person to be convicted of offences after being caught in last summer’s crackdown in Sussex.
