A DRIVER has been fined £800 after admitting driving without insurance or a licence.

Osman Pour, 35, of Sultan Road, Buckland, was caught in Spenlow Close, Portsmouth on January 26.

Portsmouth magistrates banned him from driving for two years.

He must pay a £45 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.
