Driver banned for 12 months
A DRINK-DRIVER has been banned from the roads for a year.
Michelle Crow, 36, of East Shore Way, Baffins, Portsmouth, was caught in Hayling Avenue, Southsea, on September 3.
A test revealed she had 52 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than the 35mg limit.
Magistrates fined her £300 with a £30 victim charge and £85 prosecution costs to pay.
Crow must pay £85 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
