Driver is fined £180
A DRIVER has been fined after failing to stop.
Shane Parker, 30, of Riders Lane, Havant, was convicted of failing to stop, driving without insurance, using a phone and not wearing a seat belt.
Portsmouth magistrates banned him from driving for three months.
He must pay a £180 fine with £30 victim surcharge and £620 prosecution costs.
