MAGISTRATES have fined a motorist for using her mobile phone while driving.

Alison Carter-Rose pleaded guilty to committing the offence while driving a Vauxhall Vectra in the same street on April 8.

The 40-year-old, from Hawthorn Crescent, Cosham, Portsmouth, was fined £50 and told to pay £15 to a fund for crime victims by Fareham magistrates.

Three penalty points were added to her driving licence.
