A WOMAN who admitted driving without a full licence or insurance has been fined.

Bernadette Nolan, 21, from Wayside Road, Ringwood, was caught driving a Ford Fiesta in Burrfields Road, Portsmouth, on January 8.

She was fined £100 with £90 costs and six points were added to her licence by Portsmouth magistrates.
