MOTORIST Hannah Outen admitted driving without a licence.

Outen, from Tankerton Close, Wymering, Portsmouth, committed the offence while driving a Renault Clio in Brightstone Road, Wymering, Portsmouth.

The 24-year-old was fined £35 and told to pay £20 costs and £15 to a fund for crime victims by Fareham magistrates.

Three penalty points were added to her driving licence.
