MAGISTRATES banned a driver who admitted drink-driving and having no insurance.

Tomasz Ramutkowski, 30, of Buckingham Street, Portsmouth, was fined £600 and banned for 16 months.

He was caught in Penhale Road on February 9 with 61 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than the 35mg legal limit.

He must pay a £40 victim fee and £85 prosecution costs.
