A MAN has pleaded guilty to using a mobile phone while driving.

Terence Brown, from Clarendon Place, Southsea, admitted using the phone while driving a Reanult Megane in Victoria Road, South, Southsea, on September 9.

The 69-year-old was fined £60 by Fareham magistrates.

He was also ordered to pay £30 costs and £15 into a fund for crime victims by Fareham Magistrates.

And three penalty points were added to his driving licence
