Driver with no insurance in Portsmouth fails roadside cannabis test – and is caught with fake police baton
The 24-year-old Portsmouth woman, police said on Twitter, also failed a roadside test for cannabis.
It happened at 6.40pm at the Park and Ride in Tipner when police stopped a Volkswagen Golf on Wednesday.

Hide AdOn Twitter officers said: ‘Female stop checked as she had no insurance, she also didn't have a licence and failed the drug wipe for cannabis and we found a fake police baton in the car.’
A police spokesman said: ‘A 24-year-old woman from Portsmouth was arrested on suspicion of driving with a proportion of a specified drug above the specified limit. She has been released from custody but remains under investigation.’
