Driver with no licence on roads twice

A DRIVER has been fined for twice having no licence and insurance.

Courtney Fleming, 18, of Reedmace Close, Waterlooville, admitted driving without insurance and without a licence.

She was caught in Boyle Crescent, Waterlooville, on September 7.

Portsmouth magistrates fined her £180 with eight penalty points.

Fleming also admitted the same two charges in relation to driving a VW Golf and was fined another £180 with a £30 victim surcharge to pay.

She was banned from driving for 12 months.
