DRINK-DRIVER Mark Ashton has been banned from the roads.

Ashton admitted committing the offence in Marine Parade West, Lee-on-the-Solent at Fareham Magistrates’ Court.

A test revealed his breath contained 105 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres. The legal limit is 35mg.

He admitted being banned from driving and to riding the bike without a valid test certificate or insurance.

Ashton was banned from driving for three years.

He was also put under a supervision order and told to pay £85.

And he must take a Drink Impaired Drivers course.
