MAGISTRATES have ordered a cannabis dealer to stay in at night.

Thomas Almond was found with 209g of the drug at his property in New Lane, Havant, back in June.

Police found £600 in cash and drug paraphernalia during the search.

The 27-year-old pleaded guilty to possessing a class B drug with intent to supply when he appeared at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court.

The court heard that since his arrest Almond had moved away to Northamptonshire and had not committed any more offences.

Almond will have to stay at home, in Ellis Lane, Mawsley, everyday between 7pm and 7am for three months.
