A MAN has admitted being drunk and disorderly.

Jordan Kilbride, 23, of Lashley Meadow, Hambledon, appeared at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court where he pleaded guilty to the offence committed on September 12 in King Henry I Street, Portsmouth.

He was fined £50 with a £20 victim surcharge and £150 criminal courts charge.

He also admitted failing to surrender and was fined £50.

Magistrates also ordered he be detained in the court.
