A MAN admitted being drunk and disorderly.

Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court heard Ashley Power was caught outside Cosham police station in Wayte Street.

He was fined £265 for the August 17 offence.

Power, 28, of Huntsman Close, Waterlooville, must also pay a £27 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

He must pay a £150 criminal courts charge.
