Drunk told to pay out £105
A MAN admitted being drunk and disorderly.
Clifton Parkinson, 52, of Kingston Road, Portsmouth, was handed a six-month conditional discharge.
He must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.
He committed the offence in Kingston Road.
