A MAN breached his Asbo by contacting the emergency services when he did not need to report a legitimate incident.

Damian Nixon, 45, of Wynton Way, Fareham, admitted nine counts of flouting the order between July 26 and September 4.

Nixon admitted breaching a community order imposed for three other breaches of his Asbo. He was ordered to get help for his alcohol dependency and put under supervision for 18 months by Fareham magistrates.
