MAGISTRATES have fined a man for using threatening behaviour.

Darren Windsor admitted committing the public order offence in Fareham on November 19.

The 26-year-old, of Queens Road, Fareham, also pleaded guilty to committing the crime while subject to a six-month conditional discharge for a similar offence.

Windsor was fined £40 by Fareham magistrates.

He was also told to pay £15 to a fund for crime victims.
