MAGISTRATES have fined a man for possessing cannabis.

Adam Hale, 24, of Uplands crescent, Fareham admitted having the class B drug on him in Swanwick on March 24. He was fined £170 and told to pay £55 court costs and £15 into a fund for crime victims by Fareham magistrates.

Magistrates made an order for the drugs to be forfeited and destroyed.
