A FAREHAM man with convictions for assault and aggravated burglarly is wanted by police.

Police are appealing for help to find Darren Sharpe, 49, after he was released from prison May this year and breached his licence conditions.

Sharpe has links to the Fareham and Southampton areas.

Officers are conducting their own enquiries to find him but are appealing to members of the public for assistance.

He is white, 5ft 8ins tall, medium build and has grey, cropped hair.

Anyone who believes they may have seen Sharpe are advised not to approach him but to contact police straight away, which can be done in confidence.

Associates and friends should be aware, say police, that if they are found to be assisting Sharpe to avoid arrest or harbouring him they may be committing an offence and will be liable for arrest and a term of imprisonment.

Please contact police on 101 quoting 44150381332 if you have any information about Darren Sharpe’s whereabouts.

Alternatively call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
