A WOMAN who failed to do a breath test when asked by police has been given a three-month curfew.

Suzanne Whittingham, 26, of Spicewood, Fareham admitted committing the offence at Gosport police station on April 24.

Whittingham also admitted driving a Citroen Saxo in Margarita Road, Fareham, with no insurance and otherwise than in accordance with a licence.

She was banned from driving for a year and given a curfew ordering her not to leave her home between 7pm and 7am on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays by Fareham magistrates.
