Fraudster spent £458 on credit cards

Lee Chandler, 34, of Magpie Walk, Waterlooville, admitted two counts of fraud, committed on January 12 and March 21.

He spent £312 on Warren Chandler’s Marbles One credit card.

He also spent £146.04 on the same man’s Capital credit card.

Portsmouth magistrates imposed a community order with 100 hours unpaid work.

Chandler must pay £458.04 compensation, a £60 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

His guilty pleas were taken into account when he was sentenced.
