DRINK-DRIVER Mark Sharp was three times the legal alcohol limit when he was caught out a third time.

Sharp, 28, of Gordon Road, Gosport, admitted committing the offence in Forton Road, Gosport, on August 30.

His breath contained 129 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres. The legal limit is 35mcg.

He was given a 12-week suspended sentence and must complete a programme for drink impaired drivers.

He was told to pay £85 costs and an £80 victim surcharge by Fareham magistrates.
