MAGISTRATES have fined a woman for using a mobile phone while driving.

Susan Swain, from Avery Lane, Gosport, admitted committing the offence while driving a Nissan Almera in Eastern Way, Fareham, on October 22.

The 40-year-old was fined £35 by Fareham magistrates.

Swain was also ordered to pay £15 into a fund for victims of crime.

Three penalty points were added to her driving licence.
