MAGISTRATES have fined a man for using threatening behaviour.

Mark Thorn pleaded guilty to committing three separate offences in Gosport last month.

The 43-year-old admitted using threatening words or behaviour at Morrison in Walpole Road, Gosport, on February 1, and on two other occasions in the town on February 4 and 6.

Thorn, from Williams Close, Gosport, was fined £75 at Fareham Magistrates’ Court.

He was also told to pay £15 to a fund for victims of crime and £85 in court costs.

Thorn admitted breaching a 12-month conditional discharge. However no action was taken.
