MAGISTRATES have fined a man for possessing drugs.

Thomas Thorn pleaded guilty to having class B drug cannabis and class A drug methylamphetamine on him in Gosport on December 9.

Thorn, 41, from The Anchorage, Gosport, was fined £500 by Fareham magistrates. He was also told to pay £15 to a fund for crime victims and £85 costs. The drugs are to be destroyed.
