SHOPLIFTER Lee James has been fined.

The 29-year-old, of Layton Road, Gosport, admitted stealing £52.98 of clothes from New Look in Gosport High Street on December 24.

He was fined £100 and told to pay £85 costs and £15 to a fund for crime victims by Fareham magistrates.
