THE latest crime figures for Portsmouth were revealed at the East Southsea Neighbourhood Forum meeting.

Since the start of the year in Eastney and Milton, police have received 250 calls related to anti-social behaviour, 141 for criminal damage, 40 for vehicle theft, 43 for cycle theft, 40 for burglaries and 24 for burglaries not related to a house. In Southsea, there have been 251 reports of anti-social behaviour, 215 for criminal damage, 58 for cycle theft, 68 for burglaries, 38 for burglaries not related to a house and 80 calls regarding thefts from vehicles. Police said seven of the vehicle thefts have occured in Clarence Parade and are stepping up checks.
