Hampshire residents in Bishop's Sutton woken by car crashing through fence and rolling - driver over the limit

AN over-the-limit driver in Hampshire this morning woke up residents by smashing through a fence and flipping their car.

It happened in Bishop’s Sutton near Alresford.

Hampshire Roads Policing Unit tweeted that the motorist had lost control, crashed through the fence and rolled the car into a front garden.

They added: ‘Driver who provided a positive breath test is very luckily to have avoided that extremely large tree!’
