MOTORIST Samuel Hoar has been fined after he drove into the back of another car.

Hoar, 31, of Lakeside Gardens in Havant, was driving a Jeep Grand Cherokee in London Road, North End, Portsmouth, on November 20.

He drove into the back of a vehicle in front as it stopped to allow another vehicle to come out of a car park.

Hoar was fined £50 and told to pay £35 in costs after pleading guilty to driving without due care and attention when he appeared at Fareham Magistrates’ Court.

Three penalty points were added to his driving licence.
