MOTORIST Philip Aldous has been fined for driving without wearing a seatbelt.

Aldous pleaded guilty to committing the offence while driving a Volkswagen van in New Road, Havant, on October 3.

The 45-year-old, of Wigan Crescent, Havant, was fined £25 and ordered to pay £15 to a fund for crime victims by Fareham magistrates.
