MOTORIST Liam Stevenson has been fined for driving without due care and attention.
Stevenson admitted committing the offence by pulling out from a junction into the path of another vehicle on Portsdown Hill on February 24.
He was fined £115 by Fareham magistrates.
Stevenson, 23, of South Street, Havant, was also told to pay £15 to crime victims and £35 in court costs.
Four points were added to his licence.
