A MOTORIST has been found guilty of driving without due care and attention.

Michael Cole, from Stockheath Road, Havant, had denied committing the offence in Purbrook Heath Road, Waterlooville.

But the 32-year-old was found guilty by Fareham magistrates.

Cole was fined £250 and told to pay £15 to a fund for crime victims.

He must also pay £250 in court costs.

Five penalty points were added to Cole’s driving licence.
