A TEENAGER who left a pedestrian seriously hurt in a car crash has been fined £35.

Charlotte Going, 18, was driving a Renault Clio that hit the victim after entering Stubbington Road, North End, Portsmouth, from London Road.

The pedestrian, who was crossing the street at the time, suffered serious injuries.

At Fareham Magistrates’ Court, Going, of Littlepark Avenue, Havant, admitted driving without due care and attention.

She was fined £35 and told to pay £15 to crime victims and £65 costs. Three points were added to her driving licence.
