A 67-YEAR-OLD woman who damaged two garden gnomes has been ordered to pay £245.

Carol Tilley, of Woodhay Walk, Havant, had denied causing £30 of damage to the ornaments at an address in the same street, on March 30.

However she was found guilty at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court.

Tilley was told to pay £30 compensation and a £15 victim surcharge.

She was ordered to pay £200 in court costs.
