Silva Sykorova, 36, of Laburnum Grove, Copnor, admitted failed to provide a specimen of breath when suspected of drink-driving on October 29, 2017 in Southsea.

Magistrates fined her £375 with a 12-month driving ban. Sykorova must pay £122 costs.
