Hilsea splash pool is closed after vandal attackÂ
THE splash pool in Hilsea has had to be closed due to vandalism.
Portsmouth City Council said this morning that it would know more details during the week after engineers had had the chance to look at it to assess the damage.
The pool is near Hilsea Lido.
