A HOMELESS man who stole a toothbrush, toothpaste and electric razor has been fined.

Adam Maskell took the goods, worth £20, from Boots in Commercial Road, Landport, on September 29.

Maskell was due to appear in court on October 10 but he failed to turn up.

The 33-year-old pleaded guilty to theft when he was brought before Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court.

He was fined £65 and told to pay £15 in costs.
