A 20-YEAR-OLD man suffered serious head injuries in an attack by a gang of youths.

He was pushing a child in a pushchair along Wakefords Way in Havant when the trio struck.

As he walked past Monxton Green, the youths asked the man to buy them some alcohol. The victim refused and they then punched him several times, hitting him in the back of the head with a blunt implement. They then stood on his head, causing swelling on the brain.

He has since suffered from fits and blurred vision.

The attack happened between 10.30pm and 11.30pm on August 10 but was only reported to police yesterday.

The first attacker is white, and has two tattoos of teardrops just under his right eye in green.

The second is mixed race and 6ft 2ins with a purple scar from his left ear to his chin and a Liverpudlian accent, referred to by the others as ‘Marcus.’The third is white and 5ft 5ins tall.
