THIS man is wanted for stealing a moped from a train station.

The 37-year-old owner had left his £600 black Piaggio moped locked in the bike racks outside Petersfield station’s cafe.

He later noticed the keys were missing from his pocket and when he returned to the bike rack at about 2.30pm on November 22 it had gone.

It was later recovered in North Road, Petersfield, on March 8. Now police have released this CCTV image in a bid to catch the thief.

PC Kevin Burden from the British Transport Police said: ‘We are very keen to hear from anyone who recognises the man pictured in the CCTV image’
