He assaulted the man on April 17 in Hilsea.

n Jamie Bicknell, 26, of Gregson Avenue, Gosport, admitted theft of a phone, assaulting a PCSO, assault by beating and failing to surrender to custody.
Magistrates imposed a community order with a nine-month alcohol treatment requirement.
Bicknell must also complete 20 days of rehabilitation activities.
He must pay £200 compensation, an £85 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs. The assaults and theft were committed on July 18 in Gosport.
n Helena Singleton, 40, of Portland Road, Southsea, admitted two breaches of an Asbo by staying with her mother. She was previously banned from going to her mother’s home.
