A MAN caught with a knife was handed a community order.

Paul Phillips, 48, of Milton Road, Portsmouth, was convicted of having a locking knife in Albert Road, Southsea. City magistrates imposed 25 days of rehabilitation, and £185 costs.

He had the knife on August 21, 2017.
