KNIFEPOINT robbers who snatched a mobile phone from a 17-year-old boy are wanted by police.

The teenager was walking home along Sherbourne Road, Chichester, when he was approached by two men.

They asked him the time before one of them demanded his phone and punched him in the face. The men then held the victim’s arms and one of them put a knife to his throat.

The robbers stole his mobile phone before fleeing at about 2am on Saturday.

The victim was shaken and suffered bruising in the attack.

One suspect was white, aged in his mid to late-20s, 5ft 11in and of medium build with short brown hair.

He wore a black and red hooded top and jeans.

The other man is white, aged about 29, and 6ft 5in.

He wore a long-sleeved grey hooded top with the hood up and tracksuit trousers.

Both men spoke with Eastern European accents.
