POLICE officers are linking two burglaries in Locks Heath on the same night.

Thieves entered addresses in Hood Close and Honeysuckle Close between Wednesday, August 21, and Thursday, August 22.

In Hood Close, thieves got in through an open ground-floor window. A black Samsung notebook computer and a silver iPod Nano were stolen.

In Honeysuckle Close, they got in through an open back door. A Toshiba laptop, a blue Mulberry handbag and a black handbag containing a purse was stolen.

Police are appealing for anybody who may have seen or heard anything suspicious in the area between Wednesday night and Thursday morning.
